Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery
Delivery is worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Shipping costs within Germany are €5.99.
For international deliveries, shipping costs vary by destination country and are a maximum of €19.99.
Note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs may arise in individual cases (e.g. customs duties, taxes or fees), which are to be borne by the buyer.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered
- within Germany: usually 3 to 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction),
- internationally: within 7 to 21 working days, depending on the destination country and the shipping service provider.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless different agreements have been made.
In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
