You can visit our website without providing any personal information.
Each time you access our website, information is automatically transmitted by your browser (server log files), e.g.:

Third Country Transfer: Data may be processed in Canada or the USA. Shopify is not TADPF certified. The transfer is based on contractual obligations (comparable to the EU standard contractual clauses).

4.1 E-mail Contact

If you contact us by e-mail, we collect your data (name, e-mail address, message) exclusively for processing your inquiry.

  • Processing for pre-contractual measures: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR

  • Processing for other purposes: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR

Your e-mail address will only be used for processing and will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

4.2 Contact Form

Similar to e-mail contact: data is used only to process the inquiry.

5. Orders

For orders, we process your personal data for the performance of the contract:

  • Provision of data is required for contract conclusion (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

  • Transfer to: shipping companies, payment service providers (e.g. Klarna, PayPal), fulfillment service providers, IT service providers

Third countries: Data may also be transferred to Canada or the USA (see section 3).

6. Advertising

We use your e-mail address to send advertisements for similar goods/services, unless you have objected (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

  • Objection possible at any time: by e-mail to us or via the link in the advertising e-mail.

7. Payment Service Providers & Credit Check

We use Klarna (Pay Later, Pay Now, Financing) for payment processing.

  • Creditworthiness check may be performed by credit agencies (score values, name, address, e-mail, etc.)

  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests: possible at any time
