Third-country transfer: Data may be processed in Canada or the USA. Shopify is not TADPF-certified. The transfer is based on contractual obligations (comparable to the EU's standard contractual clauses).

Your email address will only be used for processing and will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

Similar to contacting us via email: Data will only be used to process your request.

5. Orders

When you place an order, we process your personal data to fulfill the contract:

  • Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

  • Disclosure to: Shipping companies, payment service providers (e.g., Klarna, PayPal), fulfillment service providers, IT service providers

Third countries: Here too, transfer to Canada or the USA may be necessary (see section 3).

6. Advertising

We use your email address to send you advertising for similar goods/services, unless you have objected (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

  • You can object at any time: by email to us or via the link in the advertising email.

7. Payment service providers & credit check

We use Klarna (Pay Later, Pay Now, Financing) for payment processing.

  • Credit checks may be carried out by credit agencies (score values, name, address, email, etc.).

  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests: possible at any time.
