I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as the provider (Felix Gampe) via the website umeblossoms.de. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is hereby objected to.
A consumer, within the meaning of the following regulations, is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its independent professional or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
The object of the contract is the sale of goods.
By placing the respective product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the item description.
The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart".
You can access the "shopping cart" via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time.
After clicking the "Checkout" or "Proceed to order" button and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, the order data will finally be displayed as an order overview.
If you use an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) as the payment method, you will either be directed to the order overview page in our online shop or forwarded to the website of the respective payment provider. There you make the corresponding entries. Afterwards, the order data will be displayed as an order overview.
Before submitting the order, you have the option to review, change, or cancel the order details in the order overview.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button ("order with obligation to pay", "buy", "buy now", "order subject to charge", "pay" or similar designation), you legally declare your acceptance of the offer, thereby concluding the contract.
The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract takes place partly automatically by e-mail. You must ensure that the e-mail address you have stored is correct.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Offered Payment Methods
Payment via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Installment purchase ("Financing")
- Direct debit ("Pay Now")
- Credit card ("Pay Now")
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and/or direct debit requires a positive credit check. Your data will be transmitted to Klarna for the purpose of the credit check.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
You can only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
§ 5 Warranty
The statutory liability rights for defects apply.
Consumers are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible.
Deviations from the objective requirements are only considered agreed if they were expressly agreed before the conclusion of the contract.
§ 6 Choice of Law
German law applies. For consumers, this applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German.
The complete contract text is not permanently stored. Before submitting the order, you can secure the contract data using the browser's print function. After receiving the order, you will receive all legally required information by e-mail.

Prices and Payment Terms
The stated prices are total prices. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
The available payment methods are listed on the website.
Payments are due immediately unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery conditions and delivery times can be found on the website or in the respective offer.
The risk of accidental loss of the goods passes to you only upon handover of the goods.
